Payment & Policies

• Payment Methods: Credit card and bank draft only.

• No checks accepted.

• Project Terms: Typically 50% due at project start, 50% at completion.

• Retainers & Memberships: Auto-drafted monthly or quarterly.

• Travel: First 60 miles round-trip from Litchfield, MN included; $0.65/mile beyond.

• Rush Timelines: Expedited builds (under 3 weeks) may include a 10–20% rush premium.

• Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable once project prep begins; any completed work is billed in full.
